I tried returning a dress that didn’t fit, the whole thing just wore me down. I know there were probably other details on the site, but I was mainly focused on figuring out the exchange steps, and they were not clear at all. Replies took days, and every time I checked back, I felt like I was chasing basic information. In the end, I just kept the dress because it didn’t feel worth the effort anymore. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

From what I saw, the site does have a cute, girly feel, and some of the photos are really nice. I didn’t go through every single page, so maybe I missed a cleaner section somewhere, but the overall layout felt cluttered to me. There’s just a lot happening at once, which made browsing feel less smooth than I expected.
The fonts and colors also didn’t totally work for me. I can’t say for sure if that was the intention, but in a few spots it made the site feel a bit cheap instead of polished. It’s usable, and the idea is there, but I think it would look better with a cleaner, more modern style.

The order itself was fine, but dealing with customer service was a bit frustrating. I emailed a couple of times and couldn’t tell if I was waiting on them or if they thought they’d already answered me. The replies were short and didn’t really clear up my question, so I kept having to follow up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just felt kind of slow and confusing

I ordered this dress hoping to wear it that weekend, but it didn’t show up until almost two weeks later. The tracking barely updated, so I kept wondering if I’d been tricked or if it was even coming at all. The dress itself was okay once it finally arrived, but the whole delivery situation was really frustrating.

I ordered based on the size chart, but the fit wasn’t even close. It felt like the chart didn’t matter at all, and I was left feeling ignored as a customer.

I thought this dress looked really cute online, but when it arrived the fabric feel cheap and the stitching was all over the place. I washed it once and it already lost its shape. For the price, I expected way better, so I’m disappointed
